President and CEO, Sempra Pipelines & Storage
George Liparidis sets overall business-unit strategy for Sempra Pipelines & Storage and Sempra Energy International: U.S., Mexico and South America development and operations of natural gas transmission and distribution, electrical transmission and distribution, and natural gas storage projects and assets.

Specific duties include the approval of major transmission and distribution investments or divestitures, approval of major litigation decisions and settlements, and approval of business-unit budget. Specific duties don't include control over the day-to-day operations of the business unit. Reports to Neal Schmale, Sempra Energy's president and chief operating officer.

Vice president, Development
Ryan O'Neal leads development activities and negotiates and manages the development of natural gas pipeline and natural gas storage projects and assets throughout North America. Duties include profit and loss and coordination of all project-related activities from the start of project development, through construction and continuing in project operations within the assigned region. Reports to George Liparidis, president and CEO of Sempra Pipelines & Storage.

Vice president, Operations

Arturo Infanzon leads operations activities of the natural gas storage facilities throughout North America. Duties include establishing quantitative performance standards for the key operational objectives and implementing processes to achieve the standards. Reports to George Liparidis, president and CEO of Sempra Pipelines & Storage.

Director, Projects
One (1) job: Marty Swartz leads all projects to ensure cost effective designs that will meet the outlined business objectives. Duties include managing third party consultants, engineering and construction companies to approved budgets and schedules while adhering to all environmental and safety standards. Reports to George Liparidis, president and CEO of Sempra Pipelines & Storage.

Director, Pipelines Development and Operations Mexico
One (1) job: David Lozano leads development and operations of Mexican based pipelines assets. Manages new pipelines development efforts, with direct responsibility for coordination of all commercial-related activities from the inception of project development through construction and project operations, interacting with internal and external resources. Reports to George Liparidis, president and CEO of Sempra Pipelines & Storage.

Manager, Financial Analysis and Planning
One (1) job: Roberto Garcia leads all aspects of financial planning, economic analysis, business processes, procurement and contract management. Duties include financial modeling, project economics, tariff/pipeline rate-design, long-term financial planning, budgets, business valuation, project financing, M&A due diligence, design business policies and procedures, establishment of internal control initiatives and procurement. Reports to George Liparidis, president and CEO of Sempra Pipelines & Storage.

Director, Development
One (1) job: Jeffrey Hartman directs development activities of new or acquired pipeline or natural gas storage assets. Duties include identifying potential projects or acquisitions, due diligence, analysis and negotiations. Reports to Ryan O'Neal, vice president of Development.

One (1) job: Manages hub services, customer nominations, imbalances and billing. One (1) job: Supports financial planning, economic analysis and business processes. Operations manager

Compressor technician
Two (2) jobs: Plans, coordinates and completes operations and maintenance tasks/projects related to gas compressors and related mechanical equipment at the Domestic Pipelines & Storage Operations. Reports to Hugh Berglund, operations manager.

Pipeline technician
One (1) job: Plans, coordinates and completes operations and maintenance tasks/projects related to pipeline, measurement, corrosion and related equipment at the Domestic Pipelines & Storage Operations. Reports to Hugh Berglund, operations manager.

Gas storage plant operator
Four (4) jobs: Manages the gas storage plant operation to ensure its integrity, optimization and reliability to meet customer demands and interconnect pipeline requirements at the Domestic Pipelines & Storage Operations. Reports to Hugh Berglund, operations manager.

Gas scheduler operator
One (1) job: Performs a variety of scheduling activities including coordinating the fulfillment of confirmed nominations with the Storage Services Team, Field Operations, and third-party point operators and scheduling activities related to the operation of pipeline/storage assets. May act as a backup plant operator and train plant operators in scheduler activities. Reports to Hugh Berglund, operations manager.

Reservoir technician
One (1) job: Performs and provides specialized wells on the Sempra Pipelines & Storage system. The support requirements will be in the areas of downhole well completion, state and federal regulatory compliance, and internal company reports. Reports to Hugh Berglund, operations manager.

Principal financial analyst
One (1) job (vacant): Responsible for financial, economic and risk analyses and planning process. Provides expertise in understanding global energy and capital markets. Develops sophisticated financial models of domestic and foreign energy investments. Supports the identification and analysis of investment opportunities, including participating in M&A due diligence. Reports to Roberto Garcia, manager of Financial Analysis and Planning.

Senior business analyst
One (1) job: Responsible for domestic back-office duties including accounts payable management, invoicing, project cost reports and cost reporting. Prepares management reports and special strategic assignments. Reports to Roberto Garcia, manager of Financial Analysis and Planning.

Senior project manager
Three (3) jobs: Develops, coordinates, negotiates, closes and manages the design and construction of new or acquired, pipeline or natural gas storage assets. Reports to Marty Swartz, director of Projects.

Project manager
One (1) job: Provides detailed project support in preparing and executing construction projects and managing associated contractors. Provides key support in estimating and defining work scope for new projects. Reports to Marty Swartz, director of Projects.

Commercial development manager II
